The Trade Marketing Associate (TMA) will be reporting and working very closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and she/he will
Work in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales functions, so as to facilitate the smooth and successful translation of defined JTI strategies and objectives into effective trade marketing and merchandising plans and programs, whilst ensuring adherence to the regulatory and legislative environment of the Moroccan market
She/he will support the Regional Trade Marketing Associates (RTMA) to achieve their objectives in term of Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) execution, and consumers’ activities deployment and implementation.
Actively participate to the consumers activities ideation, development and execution. She/he will be responsible for sourcing, qualification and preselection of consumers activities giveaways and goodies, in coordination with Marketing and Sales department.
Manage the consumers activities agencies and suppliers, and follow up the related budget, in coordination with the RTMAs, ensuring an optimal execution, in line with the company objectives and strategies. She/he will also coordinate with the RTMAs to ensure availability of all needed point of sale material, mainly display units, for the good execution of TLP programs, whilst optimizing the existing material and sourcing for innovative and cost efficient new tools.
Make sure the Trade Marketing team dispose of all needed tools and material to run efficient Trade Marketing and merchandising programs, whilst closely coordinating with the Marketing and Sales team to ensure the brand strategies and sales objectives are met.
Follow up and update the Trade Marketing department budget on regular basis, under a very close coordination with the Marketing budget planner, ensuring compliance with the company procedures and processes. She/he will be working with the Marketing department to coordinate with the Trade Marketing team, the deployment, execution and follow up on the brands cycles in term of visibility and merchandising, ensuring the conceptualization, the sourcing and the production of visibility material adapted to the market needs, and fitting the point-of-sale configurations.
Support the trade Marketing team on the Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) execution
Manage the display units stock, and follow up on regional dispatch, along with the deployment objectives per region.
Ensure the follow up on TLP qualitative and quantitative payment, consolidating the regional data, and following up with the distributor and the external suppliers on availing the needed resources to execute the payment.
Consolidate the TLP database, and keep it updated on regular basis in coordination with the RTMAs.
Follow up on the Trade Marketing budget along with the annual forecast, SAP, Good of reciepts (GR's) monitoring in close coordination with finance department.
Manage suppliers from the initial brief to the payment passing by quotations & raising purchase orders (PO).
Coordinate with C&TA / RTMA on the concepts, execution and approaches to optimize consumer centricity programs.
In coordination with the C&TA and TM team, select consumers and customers giveaways and goodies, for the activation programs.
Follow up with 1-2-1 agencies the execution and compliance with JTI standards, and adherence to the regulatory and legislative environment of the Moroccan market.
Propose new visibility tools and element whilst ensuring compliance with the Global Marketing Principles (GMP) and the local regulations.
Follow up with internal and external partners on the development, production and delivery of all needed material for the visibility programs implementation.
Provide the RTMA with the needed quantity of temporary point of sale material, and manage the stock to avoid any OOS on visibility material by following up on regional splits and dispatches.C33
Provide the Marketing and Sales function with feedbacks on the deployed material efficiency and quality, and challenge the C&TA team to come up with impactful material.
Trade Loyalty Program evolution and performance.
Consumer activities deployment, post-assessment insights and tactical consumer's activities.
Trade Marketing material stock management and follow up.
University Degree in Business Administration or plus.
4-6 years’ experience in Trade Marketing / Consumers and Trade Marketing in FMCG industry / Marketing / Channel Management.
Fluent French and Arabic. Intermediate level of English.
Proficient in Windows office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Time Management, Negotiation and Leadership skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
