We are hiring a RRP Coordinator _ Commercial departement _. 

Your Main tasks will be to: 

•Coordinate operations with Key stakeholders (Partner, Sales team, Agencies, frontliners, support functions)

•Drive Agency assessment

•Ensure no OOS in Direct

•Track performance and lead RRP monthly business review & KPI’s dashboard

•Coordinate Operations in indirect with KA & ASM

•Follow up on gency orders, sales out, stock levels, invoicing, Free products & Agency contract compliance

•Ressources management with Agency & Partner (Headcounts)

•Identify & assess strategic POS

•Ensure RRP

operations are in line with Partner & compagny processes (RFA, Logistics, Finance, Management approvals)

•Monthly reconciliation with Agency, Partner, Finance departement

•Trade visits to all POS (Direct, indirect) at national level

Required Skills:

•Bac +4 commercial

•Min 5y Experience in Sales

•FMCG or Retail is an advantage

•Experience in Tobacco is not necessary
